What this notice covers

This notice explains what happens when you use the enquiry form on the BrandStack marketing website. It does not yet cover a customer portal, online payments, or other future BrandStack products.

How the enquiry form works

When you submit the form, the website sends your enquiry to marketing@brandstack.co.zw using BrandStack's email provider. The form does not store answers in a BrandStack database.

Your email address is used as the reply-to address so BrandStack can respond directly. Resend and ordinary email systems may process and retain the message under their own terms.

Information included in an enquiry

An enquiry may include your name, business name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the package you are interested in, and anything you add to the message field.

How an enquiry may be used

BrandStack may use the information to understand your request, recommend a suitable service, reply to you, and keep a record of the business conversation. Sending an enquiry does not create a customer contract.

Technical data and future services

The enquiry form itself does not set cookies or intentionally add its answers to website logs. Hosting, security, analytics, or monitoring services may process routine technical request data if they are enabled. The production setup must be confirmed and this notice updated before launch.

Your choices

You can leave the form at any time without submitting an enquiry. If you have already sent an enquiry, contact BrandStack to ask about correcting or deleting the message. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through this form.
